How soon after ordering is my card charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is completed and shipped. In-stock orders typically ship out within 3-4 business days. If an item is out of stock, it may take up to 7-10 business days to ship. Out of stock plaid items can take up to 8-12 weeks to ship, however you will be notified via email or phone if this the case.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships and your payment has been processed. If your tracking information says the order has been delivered and you have still not received it, please call us on our toll-free number at (844) 342-0039.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards online.Our stores accept Cash, Check, Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), and Zoghby’s Gift Cards.
Can I cancel an order?
If you have not yet received a shipping notification email, please call us on our toll-free number at (844) 342-0039 to enquire about cancelling your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Can I change an order after I’ve placed it?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please call us on our toll-free number at (844) 342-0039 to make changes to your order. Orders cannot be changed one they’ve been shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely, so long as the item is unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and the tags are still attached.
To return/exchange an item, repackage the item along with a copy of your packing slip and note which items you’d like to return. If you’re exchanging, please make note of items to be returned and which items you’d like to exchange for. Mail it to the below address and we will contact you to arrange your return as soon as we receive it.

I purchased an item online. Can I return/exchange it at a Zoghby’s location?
Yes, simply bring in the unwashed, unworn, and unaltered item with the tags attached, along with your packing slip or order confirmation. Please bring your items in within 15 days of receiving them in order to receive a refund. Items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit at any time, provided they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the tags are still attached.
Can I return a customized item?
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any items with personal embroidery or alterations. If you receive a defective customized item, we will happily replace it.
How do I view an order I’ve placed?
Log in to your Zoghby’s account using the email address and password you provided at check out. Click on “View Order” on the right hand side to view all details and the status of your order.
Can I place an order on layaway online?
We don't currently offer layaways online, however they can be placed over the phone by calling us toll-free at (844) 342-0039.
Tracking & Shipping
How do I track my shipment?
All domestic orders ship via UPS and international orders ship via USPS. As soon as your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment here. Tracking information can take a day or two to appear on the UPS/USPS website.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders shipping to addresses within the United States have a flat shipping rate of $9.50. Shipment pricing for orders shipped outside of the U.S. are based on the destination and the package weight. Please call us at (251) 342-0039 to inquire about international shipment rates.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we only ship to valid street addresses.
Can I pick up my order at a Zoghby’s location?
Yes, just select “Pick up at Store” during checkout and select the location you’d like your order to be sent to. You’ll receive a phone call as soon as your order is available for pick up.
Can I expedite my shipment?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping, however most orders being shipped to any of our contracted school areas arrive within 1-2 days of shipment.
How do I determine what size my child needs?
See our sizing charts for exact measurements and how to properly measure your child. We recommend sizing slightly up to account for growth.
What is a half size?
A half size (or “husky” size) is a size constructed for a fuller-figured child. Half sizes do not fall between regular sizes, but rather fall within their own separate size range. For example, the next size up from a 7 is not a 7 ½, it is an 8. See our sizing charts for more details and exact measurements.
I don’t see my child’s size listed. Can I order a special size?
We are happy to provide items in waist measurements other than those available online. Please call us at (844) 342-0039 or visit a Zoghby’s location to order a special size.
Do you offer alterations online?
We do not currently offer alteration services online, however we do offer them in all of our locations. Simply pin the garment to the length you’d like it hemmed and bring it in or bring your child and the garment in to have it professionally pinned by one of our experienced associates. Alterations typically take about a week and cost $7-$15, depending on the item.
