ZOGHBY'S Uniform Return Policy
EXCHANGES are always accepted if the following is true:
We will gladly exchange merchandise. You must have:
* The Original Sales Receipt.
* The Original Tags are still on the Garment(s).
* This is not a Special Order Item.
REFUNDS:
We will issue refunds if all of the following are true:
* It is less than 15 days since the Ship/Pickup date.
* This is not a Special Order Item.
* The original tags and sales receipt are included.
* The Items have not been worn, washed, or altered.
Defective Merchandise:
Will be replaced if it is reported during the current school calendar year.
A check will be issued for any refunds over $25.00.
Special Orders can take as long as 12 weeks to be delivered.
